We love pets at Ten20, but we also want to keep our rental properties safe and damage-free! Here is a little bit about our pet screening process!
Application process includes:
1) Photos
2) Weight and Color
3) Breed
4) Vaccinations
5) Pet Insurance yes or no
6) Then they get a FIDO score of 1-5
We do require documentation for service animals.
Tenants are also advised to all the rules and tenants must acknowledge.
Of course home owners are in control of what homes they will allow and we work with them to come up with reasonable restrictions.
We know everyone likes to have their pets with them but we strive to keep everyone safe and the property protected from damage!
