We are licensed in Georgia and Alabama.

We prefer email after hours but will also have an emergency number for you to call.

Yes, we deposit your rental income directly into your bank account!

Yes, but we have standard terms and expectations for the tenants which we will go over with you when we discuss the management agreement with you.

We only do property management. That said, we are associated with a Real Estate Team who is in the top 1 or 2% in our market who will sell your home for you if you need their services.

We deposit your money directly into your checking account as close to the 10th of the month as possible.

We collect the rent for you and are good at keeping tenants on schedule! Most tenants pay online.

We do a 2 year lease.

We typically charge the same as one month’s rent for a deposit but this could vary in certain circumstances.

As soon as we can get our paperwork done. Most of which can be done online or by email or in person if you prefer.

Residential properties in relatively safe areas.

We do a move in and move out inspection and bi-annual inspection. You will receive reports for all of these. We also provide a monthly report income and expenses associated with the management. 1099’s are provided at the end of the year. We typically file these electronically. We use lots of photos including 360 degree photos where appropriate.

The tenant’s security deposit is held in the Ten 20 Property Management’s escrow account.
